elldee - with my labour with DS, I was having contractions 5 mins apart for days but my labour was only 12 hours according to the hospital, because thats when i came in 5 cm dialated - they sent me home with contractions 5 mins apart, because i wasnt dilated at all, even though the hospy was 1 1/2 hours away
. My labour was certainly NOT 12 hours! But I just came back in to add like elldee - i took RLT throughout the third trimester, and i have no idea if it worked or not as I had such a long labour - but I did manage to VB a 4.37 kg baby that was posterior, so sometimes I wonder if it was the difference between vacuum or emergency c-sect. Oh and, like many teas raspberry leaf can interfere with iron absorbtion, so best not to take it if you are anaemic |

Hi, i only had Vb but my naturopath told me that RLT doesn't help much at all. She gave me some white pills (cant rememember what they were called started with a c) and these were suppose to speed labour up which they did. Labour with my 1st was 4hrs and labour with my 2nd was 20mins. from the first contraction until they were born. If you have a naturopath maybe speak to them and they can help you.

dont spose you are in perth?
Sounds like its worth a try - but im not really comfortable going to a random naturopath - i think its one of those things you need to find a good one. Plus id love it if they could help with my morning sickness! |

hypnosis for morning sickness - never heard of it! Sounds expensive!
I think its starting to get better, and I am starting to figure out what foods aren't agreeing with me - like wheat and sugar and fat - so I pretty much avoid anything delicious! BUT i had a lady at work comment on how I have lost weight in my bum and legs, so i'm not feeling too bad about it all at the moment! |

Ha Ha i lost 10kg with MS.
Working out what foods you can and cant have is a good thing though. I was on maxalon...with this pregnancy it worked... with my first it didn't unless it was injected ![]() I hope it goes away fast hun! |
