Colleen Burns, the founder of PregFit, is a Sydney-based physiotherapist actively involved in teaching exercise-based rehabilitation classes and providing education in the area of core stability, posture, movement retraining and women’s health.
More and more we are being encouraged to stay active, and to try and maintain safe levels of fitness and strength. I am personally very passionate about the benefits of exercise during the pre and post-natal periods.
