Baby Custard Recipe

1 egg yolk - whisked
2/3 cups milk
1 teaspoon sugar (optional or you can halve it)
1 teaspoon cornflour
Pinch of cinnamon

Whisk egg and cornflour together and set aside.

Bring milk, cinnamon and sugar to a boil in saucepan.

Remove from heat and whisk in yolk mixture until well combined.

Return to heat and remove when custard thickens. Cool.
